By confirming your order, you accept the following terms & conditions. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Pricing
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
Please note orders over £10 include postage within the UK.
Ordering
To place an order through the Sling Diva website, click the Add to Basket button next to the product you have chosen to purchase.
You will then be taken to the "Shopping Cart" - your secure online order form. After checking to confirm your selection, click the button Proceed to Checkout.
Select to pay online either through your Paypal account, or with your credit card/bank account.
You will receive email confirmation of your purchase from Paypal.
If you prefer, you can place your order by telephone, and send payment via personal cheque. Please call between 10am and 4pm on weekdays, but note that as we are a family run business, we may not always be available to answer the phone. If you get our answer phone please leave a message with your name and phone number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Payment
We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron through Paypal.
We also accept cheques. Items will be sent when the funds have cleared.
Postage
All slings are shipped by Royal Mail, 1st class Recorded delivery.
Smaller items are sent via the regular 1st class Royal Mail service.
Shipping to UK customers is included in the purchase price.
For shipping prices to EU countries, it is additional £4.
We regret that we are currently unable to ship to countries outside the EU.
Delivery
We aim send your purchase out to you within 3 working days from receipt of your payment.
We will always email you to let you know that your parcel has been despatched.
If you have not received your purchase within 7-10 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
If despatch will be delayed for any reason we will contact you. If you do not wish to wait for it, we will refund you instead.
If you require your item urgently please email or phone us prior to ordering so that we can confirm delivery times.
If you are paying by cheque, goods will be despatched as soon as the funds are cleared.
Cancellation
We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase from Sling Diva. However, should you decide you do not wish to keep an item purchased from us, you may cancel the order and return the item for a refund.
Please contact us with your purchase details, and notify us of your intentions before you post the item.
Items should be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
We ask you to take care of the item, and return it to us unused and unwashed, with its original packaging and with all the relevant instructions - in saleable condition.
Refunds for items returned within 7 days of receiving them ("the cooling-off" period) will include the original postage costs.
Sling Diva is not responsible for the postage costs of items returned after the 7-day cooling off period.
Should you wish to return something outside the 30 day period we are usually prepared to be flexible. Please contact us to check that it will be possible for us to accept your return.
Should you wish to return any items bought from special offer we only offer store credits.
Damaged or faulty items
If when you receive your purchase, you discover it is damaged or faulty; or if we have sent you the wrong item, we will replace it; or refund you the full cost - whichever you prefer.
Please contact us with details of the problem and return the damaged item within 30 days of receipt.
In the case of damage in transit, please retain all packaging to enable us to claim from the postal service.
Refunds of damaged, and faulty goods will include the original postage costs.
We strongly advise that any returns are sent to us via Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for articles lost in transit.

Sales support
At Sling Diva we offer a complete sales support service. We are available via email or telephone to answer any queries you may have about choosing your sling. If you need help with using your sling after you have made your purchase we are happy to provide you with any assistance you may need.
Privacy
We will never to sell or pass on your personal details to any other organisation, this includes your name, postal or e-mail addresses and the details submitted on the order form. The information on the order form is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
